The Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) has recently lowered the threshold for foreign professionals. The minimum revenue requirement for enterprises wanting to hire foreign executives has now been lowered to a uniform NT$3 million. The development of many countries around the world has been substantially influenced by respective aboriginal cultures. Taiwan is no exception to this trend.
